Customers' Understanding

  1. All goods price are fixed and non-negotiable, unless stated otherwise. Visit our promotional column for our periodic BIG SALE to enjoy massive cut down in prices.
  2. Note that all items will only be reserved 48 hours (2 days) right after purchase confirmation, and will be open for sale if payment is not received thereafter.
  3. Knowing that cash deposits do not accept small notes, good(s) grand total price will be rounded up for customers to pay. Your balance will be refunded via online banking (does not apply to inter-transfer), or delivered along with goods shipment.
  4. For every transaction made, please provide us with any possible reference(s) that could be done at your convenience (scan receipt / photo receipt / printscreen e-receipt / reference number etc).
  5. Exchanging your purchase(s) is allowed in Dolly Molly’s principle. However, there are 5 stringent conditions for customers to follow:
a)     A timeframe of 3 days (after receiving items) is given to consider exchanging. This does not apply to international purchases.
b)     We reserve the right to reject items purchased if any suspicious defects caused prior to delivery are found. For instance, damages caused during shipment will not be eligible.
c)     No cash refunds, only product exchange is allowable.
d)     Customer will bare all costs of delivery in the process of exchanging, including returning of product and product exchange redelivery.
e)     Item can only be exchanged once.
